‘Ace’ wheeltrims

Description

For YA/YT wheels.  Made from stainless steel, these carefully polished trims are secured by stainless steel brackets, and the fixing screws bear on the inner edge of the wheel hub. The brackets pass through the ‘slots’ formed between the wheel hub and the rim, and hook onto the turned inner edge of the trim. (The brackets are not shown in this photograph).  It has been found that the standard clips may foul the steering tie rod – particularly on the drivers side for some reason.  A revised design of clip has been defised which can be fashioned from the standard clip by using a vice, a hacksaw, drill and a different screw – probably best made of stainless steel.  A dimensioned sketch will be provided with the trims.
